Welcome to Best Biennial

Best Biennial is Scandinavians largest and Sweden’s only contemporary art biennial for kids and teens. The response was big 2015, when more than 50 art venues welcomed kids and teens accompanied by adults during the Biennial weeks. Throughout Skåne, young and old can visit art exhibitions and performances, and take part in workshops led by professional artists and art educators.

For each Best Biennial, exhibitions are produced on the Biennial theme to feature contemporary art of high international standard. The theme for 2017 is Chaos .
